1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, appointments, and services offered by Touch of Care Thai Massage. By booking an appointment, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Scheduling and cancellations
Appointments are binding. Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For later cancellations or no-shows, 50–100% of the agreed treatment price may be charged.

3. Health information
Clients are required to disclose any health conditions, illnesses, pregnancy, or other limitations that might contraindicate a massage prior to treatment. Touch of Care Thai Massage accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a lack of or incomplete disclosure of such information.

4. Prices and Payment
The prices communicated at the time of treatment apply. Payment is made by card or Twint directly after the treatment. Any potential reimbursement by health insurance must be clarified by the client beforehand.

5. Liability
Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Touch of Care Thai Massage is liable for intent and gross negligence to the extent prescribed by law.

6. Data protection
The separate privacy policy on our website applies.

7. Changes
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. The version valid at the time of booking applies.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Altdorf UR, to the extent permitted by law.
